Ken Downing fashion director at Neiman Marcus, a Seattle native and international style maker: has a long history for freshly mixing design, color & texture. I look forward to his shows for inspiration in both of these categories as another way to be inspired; bringing the fashion design elements to interior design. His warm personality is contagious as are his design inspirations!

Heather Baker and dear friends at Mercer Estates dined in rustic refinement, in a private room at Mercer Estates, together benefiting Olive Crest.

This room was warm in nature, with industrial elements, ready to host your next private event.

When last visiting Eastern Washington's wine country with our great friends, the Hogues, we revisited stories and vineyards of the 30-year history of farming and wine making among our families. Enjoying this landscape for over 30 years has always been inspirational in color pallet when bringing the out doors in.
Check out the beautiful label reflecting the Olsen landscape: A current top-rated favorite named after my great aunt Edith Mae Olsen Estates Syrah. Cheers!

Serving as procurement chair this past summer for Medical Teams International also meant raising awareness for the new MTI building exhibit. Please come and experience the new Real. Life. Exhibit in Redmond, WA, where an industrial space is transformed into an experience that may transform your thinking.

When planning a wedding, in addition to the inside photos, consider the landscape for outside photos to complement colors of the wedding party with the season.

Planning a luncheon for 80 ladies is an easy feat when working with the catering staff at the Women’s University Club in Seattle. From the champagne cocktail hour in the drawing room, to the trio-salad in the banquet hall; the catering staff was at the ready with a selection of linens & custom floral center pieces to choose from. A task I would easily try to accomplish again there in the beautiful interiors of the historic WUC.

When visiting great friends; The Hasselbeck family in Tennessee, I had the pleasure of discovering the little town of Franklin. Full of home decor boutiques to fill corners of any traditional home.

The Ihalani hotel is a prime example of a tropical get-away with the private, sandy-coves and an open-aired hotel floor plan. This welcoming resort plays host to the NFL Pro-bowl which the island communitee looks forward to every year.
